Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced eCommerce account manager to lead a portfolio of retail media campaigns. You will manage client relationships, develop integrated eCommerce and media strategies, and drive ROI across platforms including Amazon and other marketplaces.

You will analyze data, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate clients and improve performance. This role requires hands-on leadership and a willingness to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of eCommerce, client management, digital marketing, or data analysis experience.
• Strong background in paid search (PPC), DSP/programmatic activation, or multi-channel media strategy.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce marketplaces and Amazon advertising ecosystem.
• Advanced data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative.
• Hired candidate must complete a background check.
• Must work in the office a minimum of three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other eCommerce platforms.
• Manage client relationships and conduct strategic reviews across retail and media channels.
• Develop and execute integrated retail and media strategies to maximize ROI and retention.
• Analyze marketplace and media data to identify opportunities and improve sales and margins.
• Define optimal media channel mix, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Video.
• Execute award-winning campaigns.
• Optimize product pages, metadata, and promotional strategy.
• Create data-driven presentations, budgets, forecasts, and biweekly reporting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platforms and retail media.
• Educate clients on retail and media best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
• Mentor junior team members and identify process improvements.
