Job summary

The LEGO Group in the Boston area is seeking a Senior eCommerce Key Account Manager to lead the strategy and growth of the LEGO Group's eCommerce business with Target. You will own the customer relationship and drive sales, profitability, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, inventory planning, finance, content, and product.

You'll partner with internal teams to deliver a shared eCommerce strategy, translate data into actions, and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Developed joint business plans with national retail customers and translated them into sales, profitability, inventory, and eCommerce growth strategies.
• Used customer sales data, forecasting tools, and Excel analysis to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
• Led commercial negotiations involving assortment planning, promotions, inventory management, or investments with large retail partners.
• Managed customer partnerships by aligning marketing, operations, finance, inventory planning, and product teams around joint plans.
