Job summary

Stelle is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Experience & Insights Analyst to improve how customers shop on our website. This role blends ecommerce analytics, customer experience, digital merchandising, and CRO, reporting to leadership across Marketing, UI/UX, Creative, Photography, Product, Merchandising, and Technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce analytics, digital analytics, or CRO.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and analysis of product, collection, and customer journey performance.
• Advanced experience with GA4 and behavioral analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Contentsquare, FullStory, Quantum Metric, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, experimentation methods, and statistical interpretation.
• Ability to evaluate evidence carefully and distinguish correlation from causation.
• Experience turning data into clear business recommendations and presenting findings to leaders.
• Strong analytical judgment, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior across navigation, search, collection pages, product detail pages (PDPs), cart, and checkout.
• Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and other analytics tools to find customer friction and opportunities.
• Compare results by device, traffic source, landing page, customer type, and other relevant segments.
• Combine quantitative data with customer feedback and behavioral observations to investigate possible causes.
• Evaluate ecommerce measures such as conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, average order value, revenue per session, and cart or checkout abandonment.
• Investigate changes in performance across products, categories, promotions, and customer segments.
