Job summary
Famous Supply seeks an experienced Senior eCommerce Specialist to craft exceptional online customer experiences across our websites and mobile app. You will own marketing automation, analytics, and product content enhancements while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, IT and our agency partners to ensure accurate promotions and seamless customer journeys.
You will translate data into actionable recommendations, build real-time dashboards, and help optimize digital touchpoints to grow online
Qualifications
- 3+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, website or platform management, digital merchandising, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day point person for marketing automation, CRM workflows, pipelines and reporting.
- Analyze website and app performance, build dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Data, IT and agencies to optimize product content, navigation and promotions.
- Coordinate cross-team campaigns, promotions and content initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across digital platforms and workflows.
