Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst – eCommerce to transform online sales data into actionable insights and decision-ready recommendations. You will partner with sales, marketing, merchandising, and customer teams to analyze trends, monitor digital shelf performance, and enable faster, smarter business decisions in the eCommerce space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field required; master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales analytics, eCommerce analytics, digital commerce, business intelligence, or a related role required.
• Experience working with online sales data, retailer.com reporting, digital shelf metrics, web or traffic analytics, and promotional performance analysis preferred.
• Retailer/supplier or omnichannel business experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, and analyze eCommerce sales, traffic, conversion, and shopper data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence online business performance.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards that monitor key eCommerce metrics such as sales, conversion, traffic, average order value, digital assortment, content health, and promotional performance.
• Analyze online sales performance across retailer dot-com sites, marketplaces, and other digital channels to identify drivers of growth and underperformance.
• Support forecasting and scenario analysis for eCommerce sales, promotions, seasonal events, and category performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital promotions, pricing, product content, search visibility, and assortment changes to determine business impact and recommend actions.
