Job summary

IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking an E‑Commerce Lead to drive digital sales growth across IDEAL Electrical products in the ecommerce channel.

You will manage Sales & Channel strategy, build the Ecommerce strategy, and oversee digital marketing, SEO and AEO capabilities, coordinating with stakeholders to grow the business. Responsibilities include leading ecommerce accounts (Amazon, THD.com, Lowes), optimizing product listings, analyzing KPIs, and mentoring a small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of sales or account management, primarily through eCommerce.
• Extensive experience working with direct eCommerce accounts such as Amazon, The Home Depot, Lowes.
• Expertise in digital marketing, paid search, SEO, AEO, and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and BI
• Proficiency in utilizing PIM systems and related technologies, such as master data management (MDM), data integration, and data transformation
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proven analytical and interpersonal skills, with a history of driving successful outcomes.
• Willingness to travel ~10%

Responsibilities

• Lead eCommerce accounts including Amazon and THD.com.
• Develop and own Digital Marketing strategy for Ecommerce.
• Collaborate on product packaging and packaging strategy for Ecommerce.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships with marketing, product, and operations.
• Own Channel Marketing strategy and ensure MAP compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize conversions, traffic and AOV.
• Forecast inventory and communicate with Demand Planning.
• Drive growth and mentor a small eCommerce team.
