Job summary

Hunter Fan Company in Memphis, TN seeks an accomplished eCommerce leader to drive strategy, channel growth, and Amazon marketplace management. You will own the path to purchase, coordinate content and promotions, and partner with marketing, product, and operations to deliver growth and profitability across channels.

The role requires 7+ years in eCommerce and a strong analytics mindset with experience in Shopify, Amazon, and vendor portals. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Sales, or related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales, marketing, eCommerce, channel management, marketplace management, or digital commerce experience required.
• Experience leading direct reports, cross-functional initiatives, customer planning, forecasting, promotional strategy, and online business reviews
• Experience with Amazon, national retailers, marketplace platforms, Shopify or similar digital commerce platforms, vendor portals, product content tools, and analytics systems strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies and plans for eCommerce customers in line with business requirements and growth objectives.
• Own the path to purchase and all eCommerce sales and marketing activities across assigned customers, channels, and platforms.
• Manage all aspects of selling on Amazon and support growth across marketplaces and customer channels as applicable.
• Ensure achievement of targets and KPIs including sales, profitability, forecast accuracy, digital shelf, content quality, inventory, and promotions.
• Implement, follow up, and update customer and channel plans to ensure priorities and execution are clearly managed.
• Collaborate with Category, Channel, Marketing, and Product teams in sales plans and launches.
• Lead account management activities including forecasting, inventory planning, promotions, site merchandising, and business reviews.
• Analyze data and translate into insights and next steps.
