Job summary

Conair LLC is seeking a Key Account Manager, Walmart eCommerce, to accelerate profitable growth across Walmart's digital ecosystem. The role blends traditional account management with deep digital commerce knowledge and aligns with Walmart's omnichannel strategy.

You will lead cross-functional partnerships to optimize content, SEO, and product availability while driving online revenue and share. Three days on-site in Bentonville and two days remote are offered with strong benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or analytics.
3+ years of sales, account management, or ecommerce experience.
Proven success growing Walmart.com sales.
Strong digital shelf management, Excel and Power BI skills.
Excellent analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Walmart eCommerce growth strategies across digital channels.
Own annual and quarterly business planning for online sales and profitability.
Deliver revenue, margin and market share objectives for Walmart.com.
Build high-impact relationships with Walmart eCommerce merchants and cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute best-in-class digital shelf strategies with internal teams.
Analyze KPIs and optimize traffic, search rankings, and conversion.
Collaborate on Sponsored Search, Sponsored Products, Display Advertising, and Offsite Media.
Forecast demand and ensure inventory availability for online performance.
