Job summary

Intelligentsia Coffee is seeking an experienced Sr. Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day performance and digital sales strategy of intelligentsiacoffee.com. You will work cross-functionally to optimize the DTC storefront, scale subscription programs, and ensure quality across digital touchpoints.

The role requires 5+ years in ecommerce management, strong Shopify experience, and data-driven decision making. Hybrid work in Chicagoland with some travel to Bedford Park, IL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated ecommerce management experience, with a strong Direct-to-Consumer/CPG or F&B background.
• Strong data literacy and web analytics skills (GA4, dashboards, heat maps)
• Proven track record with CRO, A/B testing, and subscription program management
• Experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus and digital product merchandising

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day performance of intelligentsiacoffee.com, driving sales, traffic, and conversion.
• Oversee site UX/UI, liaise with vendors and internal teams for updates and maintenance.
• Partner with marketing for emails, paid media, and content; analyze data to inform merchandising and retention.
• Lead operations, vendor relationships, and mentorship within the ecommerce team
