Job summary

Ripple Fiber in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Manager of Ecommerce and CRM to drive revenue growth through ecommerce optimization, lifecycle marketing, and HubSpot administration. You will own the HubSpot ecosystem and collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Sales and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ecommerce, CRM, and performance marketing, plus 3+ years with HubSpot. Strong analytical skills, leadership, and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ecommerce, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing
• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration and campaign management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related field
• Experience working with telecommunications, broadband, SaaS, or high-growth DTC environments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce performance optimization initiatives focused on increasing online sales conversion and revenue growth
• Analyze digital acquisition funnels to identify friction points, drop-off trends, and optimization opportunities
• Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs including lead nurture, onboarding, abandoned cart, retention, referral, upsell, and win-back campaigns
• Manage HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub including audience segmentation, lifecycle stages, reporting, and integrations
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for ecommerce performance, funnel analytics, lifecycle performance, and customer behavior insights
