QVC Group, Inc. is a live social shopping company with six leading retail brands. The Senior eCommerce Analytics Specialist will develop PowerBI reports, use Databricks for reporting, maintain forecasts, and translate data into actionable insights for multiple departments.

You will train teammates and QA analytics tagging during releases. This remote role requires 3+ years of digital analytics, SQL knowledge for BigQuery/Databricks, and proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and Looker Studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Digital Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of digital analytics experience.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, IBM, or Adobe.
• Knowledge of SQL or similar language to access tools like BigQuery or Databricks.
• Experience with Excel, PowerBI, and Looker Studio.
• Ability to influence partners through data and support informed decisions.
• Customer-focused with analytics-driven approach to digital shopping.

The Senior eCommerce Analytics Specialist supports Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and supports the analysis of digital and eCommerce experiences across the Cornerstone portfolio. You will help our teams better understand customer behavior, performance, and opportunities to improve the shopping experience. You will report to the eCommerce Analytics Manager.

Where You’ll Work

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, OH location as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Digital Analytics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years' experience in digital analytics
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, IBM, or Adobe
• Knowledge of SQL or similar code to access tools like BigQuery or Databricks
• Experienced with Excel (can perform complex functions) , PowerBI, and Looker Studio
• Influence partners through data, building trust, and supporting informed decision-making
• Customer-minded and focused on using analytics to improve the digital shopping experience and business outcomes
