Job summary

Box is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Online Sales to leverage data and analytics to drive ecommerce strategy, pricing decisions, and funnel optimization. You will partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to turn behavioral data into actionable insights and measurable improvements.

You will design experiments, implement measurement frameworks, and deliver data-driven recommendations that move revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytics role with data-driven decision making.
• Strong SQL, data visualization, and querying cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support online sales strategy, pricing, page layouts, plan mix, and checkout flows with data-driven recommendations.
• Test recommendations through AB tests and measure outcomes with full-funnel data.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI readouts focused on revenue and growth to inform leadership.
• Own complex initiatives and build strong cross-functional relationships to drive impact.
