Job summary

Box is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Online Sales to partner with Sales and Marketing. You’ll leverage behavioral data and digital analytics to shape pricing, page layouts, and checkout flows, delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize the full funnel.

You’ll test recommendations with rigorous A/B testing, build measurement frameworks, and present KPI readouts to Box leadership. This is a high-visibility role with autonomous ownership and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytics role with ecommerce focus.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Experience turning data into pricing and funnel optimization insights.

Responsibilities

• Support online sales strategy with data-driven pricing, page layouts, and checkout flows.
• Design, implement, and measure A/B tests across the full funnel.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI readouts for leadership.
• Drive ownership and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to grow revenue.
