Job summary

Famous Supply is seeking a Senior eCommerce Specialist to enhance online customer experiences across our websites and mobile app. You will own marketing automation, analytics, and optimization efforts, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product Data, IT, and agency partners to drive conversions and growth.

You will translate data into actionable recommendations, build dashboards, and help improve content, navigation, and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, website or platform management.
• Experience with CMS, CRM, marketing automation, or eCommerce platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into customer-experience improvements.
• Excellent communication and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point person for marketing automation and CRM workflows and reporting.
• Coordinate with Product Data to improve product content, categorization, and navigation.
• Partner with Sales to represent products, promotions, and events on websites and app.
• Collaborate with IT and agency partners on integrations and troubleshooting.
• Build dashboards and provide real-time performance readouts to leadership.
