Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Sr. Teacher to lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum, mentor staff, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

You will partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for children, while collaborating with center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals. This role emphasizes strong communication, caregiving excellence, and adherence to state requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of center-based ECE experience.
• Meet and maintain the state requirement to supervise children alone in a classroom.
• Level 6 WI Registry and CDA/AA in ECE credentials.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy classroom setting.
• English reading/writing/speaking for parent communication.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum implementation aligned with each child's needs.
• Coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child education and care.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities and partners.
