Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks an experienced Sr. Teacher to lead curriculum implementation aligned with each child’s needs. You will coach and mentor teammates, creating a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning, while partnering with parents for the best care and education.

You will support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and build positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners to advance our mission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of center-based ECE experience.
• Meets the education requirements to be a Lead Teacher in Wisconsin (WI).
• Excellent customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to see/hear well to keep children safe and engage with them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and families.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
