Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Sr. Teacher to lead curriculum implementation and mentor teachers, creating a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn and grow. You will collaborate with families to support development and work with leadership to drive enrollment and engagement.

Qualifications

• 6 months of center-based ECE experience.
• Meet state requirements to supervise children alone.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum in classrooms.
• Coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; provide feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
