Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Sr. Teacher to lead curriculum implementation and mentor teachers, ensuring a safe, nurturing classroom where children can learn and grow.

You will partner with parents and center staff to drive enrollment and engagement while upholding high standards of care across our programs. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and community impact.

Qualifications

• 6 months of center-based ECE experience.
• State-specific requirement to supervise children alone in a classroom setting.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to see, hear, and engage with children safely.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
