Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Sr. Teacher to implement curriculum, mentor teachers, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children. You will collaborate with families and center leadership to achieve enrollment and quality goals.

The role emphasizes direct child interaction, teamwork, and adherence to state licensing requirements, with a focus on delivering high-quality early education across our centers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of center-based ECE experience required.
• Excellent customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• English communication skills with children and families.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and participate in activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child's needs.
• Coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn through play.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success and work with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
