Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Sr. Teacher to implement our curriculum while addressing each child's unique needs. You will guide and mentor fellow teachers, creating a safe, supportive classroom where children can explore and learn.

You will collaborate with families to align on care and education goals, support center success, and engage with licensure authorities, communities, and partners. This role values dedication to kids' growth.

Qualifications

• 1 Year of center-based ECE experience.
• State-specific supervision eligibility.
• 30 hours STARS course completed.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and engage with children indoors/outdoors.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• English reading/writing/speaking for parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum aligned to each child's needs.
• Coach and mentor less experienced teachers; model behaviors and give feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and care.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
