Raytheon in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to design PCBs from concept to manufacturing as an ECAD expert. You will create PCBs, CCAs and schematics, route traces, and deliver Gerber/ODB++ data using Siemens Xpedition and BluePrint-PCB. Requires 5+ years in PCB/CCA or related fields and an active DoD clearance.

The role is onsite in Huntsville, with relocation assistance offered. Candidates must understand producibility, cost, and cycle time in complex electronics projects.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two of the following areas: PCB/CCA manufacturing, electrical design, rigid/flex layouts.
• Active DoD security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Design PCB from conception to manufacturing and create PCAs/CCAs.
• Capture schematics, place components, route traces, generate Gerber/ODB++.
• Use Siemens Xpedition and BluePrint-PCB for layouts; manage rigid, flex, and RF designs.
• Interface with Electrical, Mechanical, Test, and Producibility teams daily.
• Support design changes, updates, and manufacturing data handoffs.
