Job summary

Raytheon’s Electrical Engineer ECAD role focuses on designing PCBs from concept to manufacturing and producing schematics and board layouts for suppliers. You will work with Xpedition and BluePrint-PCB to deliver rigid, flex, and rigid-flex designs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or STEM and experience in analog or digital design, with exposure to RF and HDI methods. Onsite role with relocation eligibility and strong cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM.
• Experience or coursework in Analog or Digital design.

Responsibilities

• PCB designs from conception to manufacturing.
• Create PCB/CCA schematics for suppliers.
• Schematic capture, component placement, routing, Gerber/ODB++ file creation.
• Use of CAD tools: Xpedition Enterprise, BluePrint-PCB.
• Design layouts include rigid, flex, and rigid-flex.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Producibility teams to meet cost, cycle time and manufacturability.
