Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a senior leader to guide the technical strategy and deployment of eBOS solutions across pre-installation, installation, and operational phases. You will interface with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Field Operations to ensure successful deployments and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading pre-sales activities, coordinating with EPCs and operators, driving readiness for product launches, and translating field data into product

Qualifications

Experience 8+ years in utility-scale solar energy or technical sales engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience supporting competitive U.S. sales processes.
Involvement in IE reviews and lender technical diligence.

Responsibilities

Lead technical pre-sales for eBOS solutions and provide applications support.
Collaborate with EPCs, developers, owners, and operators to define requirements.
Drive deployment readiness with product management, engineering, and manufacturing.
Manage customer engagements through installation, commissioning, and operations.
Analyze field performance, conduct RCA, and drive corrective actions.
