Los Alamos National Laboratory seeks an Enterprise Asset Management Program Manager to lead the Project Nexus EAM portfolio, overseeing maintenance, asset, and property management from planning to operations. You will coordinate with business owners, Project Nexus leadership, and partners to ensure alignment with Laboratory requirements and transformation goals.

The role requires expert program management, enterprise transformation experience, and strong leadership to drive risk management,

Competenze

• Expert-level knowledge and experience managing large, complex programs or portfolios.
• Experience leading enterprise system implementations or cross-functional business transformations.
• Consultative experience with senior business owners to establish priorities and drive decisions.
• Experience directing implementation partners and managing risks, issues, dependencies.
• Proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels and provide clear program assessments.

Mansioni

• Lead the SAP/S4 EAM portfolio from planning through deployment and transition to operations.
• Develop and execute integrated work plans with priorities, milestones, and performance expectations.
• Serve as primary interface with business owners, leadership, and vendors to define requirements and resolve issues.
• Direct implementation partners to meet scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Provide program leadership across design, data migration, integrations, testing and readiness.
• Manage portfolio risks and dependencies and escalate as needed.
