Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u seeks an experienced SAP EAM Lead for a 12+ month contract based in Bismarck, ND. The role is remote with travel and requires leadership across EAM implementations and ERP/IoT/GIS/analytics integrations.

You will drive workshops, define asset lifecycle strategies, and mentor delivery teams, ensuring ISO 55000 alignment and best practices in asset management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management.
• Hands-on expertise in one or more EAM platforms (SAP EAM / Maximo / Oracle EAM).
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, preventive & predictive maintenance, work orders, and inventory optimization.
• Experience with IoT, predictive analytics, and mobility solutions.
• Familiar with integration frameworks (APIs, middleware).
• Experience delivering in Agile or Waterfall models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EAM implementation projects across SAP EAM, Maximo, or Oracle EAM.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and design system solutions.
• Define asset lifecycle strategies and drive maintenance optimization.
• Provide leadership for asset management frameworks aligning with ISO 55000.
• Manage large-scale transformation programs and digital asset initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and IT teams.
