Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u seeks a Senior EAM Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation projects from workshops to design and deployment.

Remote with travel in the US, you will drive asset lifecycle strategies, ensure ERP/IoT/GIS integration, and mentor delivery teams while collaborating with operations, finance, and IT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management.
• Hands-on with one or more EAM platforms (SAP EAM / Maximo / Oracle EAM).
• Strong knowledge of work order management, inventory optimization, and integrations.

Job description

Location: Bismarck ND (Remote with travel)

Duration: Contract 12+ months

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of EAM solutions (e.g., SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, Oracle EAM)
• Drive business process workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design
• Define asset lifecycle strategies including maintenance, reliability, and asset performance optimization
• Provide leadership in asset management frameworks aligned with ISO 55000
• Manage large-scale transformation programs and digital asset initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and IT
• Ensure integration of EAM with ERP, IoT, GIS, and analytics platforms
• Lead system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement strategies
• Mentor junior consultants and lead delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management
• Hands-on expertise in one or more EAM platforms (SAP EAM / Maximo / Oracle EAM)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Work order management
• Inventory & spare parts optimization
• Experience with digital technologies like IoT, predictive analytics, and mobility solutions
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks (APIs, middleware)
• Experience working in Agile / Waterfall delivery models
