Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 5+ years in Commercial Insurance (Management Liability) within agency/brokerage.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Knowledge of US Management Liability product features, forms, regulatory environments and risks.
• Sales, marketing and relationship-building experience in Wholesale preferred.
• Willingness to be flexible and learn on the job; can-do attitude.
• Comfort with analytical tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Independently select, monitor, and price new and renewal business per authority.
• Market products and travel to assigned wholesale brokers as required.
• Communicate with brokers regarding rating, underwriting and policy issuance issues.
• Assist in training of support staff, interns and PAs within the team.
• Assist, implement, or coordinate special projects and timetables (forms, coverages, research, revisions).
• Assist in planning and coordinating in-house education/training or other functions.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events.
