Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Manager of e-Learning Technology Systems to lead the e-learning function for the Center for Childhood Resilience in the Pritzker Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of leadership experience managing functions and teams.
• Experience administering and supporting LMS platforms (Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Absorb, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Proven ability to design learner-centered experiences and apply adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the e-learning vision and strategic plan.
• Oversee design, development, maintenance and UX of the LMS and learning media platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility and plan enhancements for e-learning technology.
