Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Manager of e-Learning Technology Systems to lead the e-learning and technology systems function for CCR in the Pritzker Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health.

You will develop and implement a strategic plan for the e-learning management system and ensure a best-in-class learner experience. The role requires expertise in LMS administration, instructional design, and data-driven improvement, with collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience managing functions and teams with increasing responsibility and complexity.
• Five (5) years’ experience administering and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), including custom platforms and enterprise solutions such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Absorb, and SAP SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the e-learning vision and strategic plan to continuously increase interactivity for the best learner experiences to improve program and learning outcomes based on industry best practices.
• Responsible for the design, development, maintenance and seamless user experience of the external learning management system, learning media platforms, and learning support function.
• Collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, internal teams and key organizational partners to assess feasibility of interactive technical solutions, provide recommendations for implementation, plan and implement projects, innovations and enhancements for the e-learning technology function.
• Scope and manage e-learning projects, including prioritization, timelines, costs, resource planning, and workflow management to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage internal team, external partners and vendors to maintain feature functioning, provide end user support, implement system enhancements, develop and test innovative learning solutions.
