Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a Manager of e-Learning Technology Systems to lead the e-learning vision for the Center for Childhood Resilience in the Pritzker Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health.

You will drive strategic planning, develop and maintain learning systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative, effective learning solutions. The role requires expertise in LMS platforms, instructional design, and data-driven improvements to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Five years of leadership experience.
• Five years LMS experience with enterprise platforms.
• Experience applying adult learning principles to training.
• Skilled in designing learner-centered experiences.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/JS).
• Strong stakeholder relationships and project leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of e-learning vision and strategic plan.
• Design, develop, maintain, and test LMS platforms and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasible interactive solutions and plan projects.
• Scope and manage e-learning projects including timelines, costs, and resources.
• Manage internal teams and external partners to maintain system functionality.
• Analyze data on user traffic and learning outcomes for QA improvements.
• Oversee data integration between LMS and other platforms.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for compliance and planning.
• Hire, evaluate, and manage performance of staff.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
