Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a Manager of E-Learning Technology Systems to lead the LMS and e-learning platforms for the Center for Childhood Resilience in the Pritzker Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health.

You will shape and implement a strategic plan, oversee system integrity, and drive innovative learning solutions across programs and initiatives to improve outcomes for pediatric patients and families in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience managing functions and teams with increasing responsibility and complexity.
• Five (5) years’ experience administering and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), including enterprise platforms such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Absorb, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience applying adult learning principles to training courses, including needs assessment, instructional design, content development, delivery, and evaluation.
• Skilled in designing learner-centered experiences for adult learners and in collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the e-learning vision and strategic plan to improve learner experiences and outcomes.
• Oversee design, development, maintenance, and UX of the LMS and learning media platforms.
• Manage data integration between the LMS and other program platforms, plus reporting for QA and compliance.
• Coordinate with leadership and partners to plan projects, timelines, costs, and resources.
• Direct internal teams and external vendors to deliver innovative learning solutions.
