You will blend instructional design with emerging tech to deliver scalable digital learning solutions and act as a thought leader across the organization.

The role requires at least 3 years in e-learning, proficiency with Articulate Rise/Storyline and LMSs, and experience applying AI tools to learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-learning development
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
• Experience with SCORM/xAPI
• Experience with AI tools in learning
• Strong multimedia, video, graphics, and audio skills
• Solid understanding of telecom systems and software platforms
• Excellent project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe CC, Camtasia, and Rise.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to convert complex telecom concepts into engaging learning content.
• Integrate multimedia elements (video, audio, simulations) to enhance learner engagement.
• Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and LMS compatibility.
• Conduct usability testing and implement feedback-driven improvements.
• Create content in multiple formats including videos, animations, storyboards, scripts, and instructor‑led trainings.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and align with milestones and deadlines.
