Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (E&I) Specialist to bridge field maintenance and system engineering. You will design, integrate, and troubleshoot complex control systems, lead capital projects, and author technical documentation while staying hands-on for critical plant repairs and commissioning.

Requirements include 8–10 years in process control, an associate degree in electronic engineering, and CNC/SCADA experience.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of control theory and analog/digital electronics.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols and PLC/SCADA environments.
• Strong regulatory knowledge including OSHA and NEC principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and troubleshoot complex electrical and automated control systems.
• Lead capital projects and commissioning activities.
• Develop PLC/SCADA logic and system documentation including P&IDs and drawings.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all activities.
