Job summary

Veolia is seeking an EI&C Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation, control systems, and electrical equipment across power generation and utility distribution facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and installations to support safe, efficient plant operations.

You will work with DCS/PLC systems, read electrical schematics and P&IDs, and follow LOTO and PPE procedures while coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams to improve

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 2–5 years of electrical, instrumentation, or controls maintenance (power plant or industrial experience preferred).
• Progress toward a Journeyman or Master Electrician License is highly desirable; equivalent experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair instrumentation, control systems, and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including inspections and calibrations.
• Troubleshoot and service systems such as DCS, PLCs, and turbine controls.
• Support electrical systems up to 12kV (motors, transformers, switches, wiring, and communications).
• Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records in compliance with regulations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
