Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• AACE International or PMI certification preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP, Primavera P6, Adobe.
• Experience in electrical/instrumentation package planning and outages.

Responsibilities

• Lead outage scope planning and execution.
• Organize materials, expediting, pricing, and parts availability.
• Create detailed work orders within outage scope and templates.
• Provide daily schedule updates during outage execution.
• Develop and maintain risk management and safety leadership.
• Support MOC processes and document changes timely.
• Coordinate with craftspeople, contractors, and material suppliers.
• Travel 25–35% as projects require.
