Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced E&I General Foreman for a data center project in Texas. Lead field operations on a large-scale mission-critical site during night shift, coordinating safety, quality, and schedule performance.

You will oversee crews of 100–150 personnel, work with multiple supervisory levels, and interface with owners and vendors. Strong leadership, construction sequencing, and OSHA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading large electrical teams on mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation methods and sequencing.
• Ability to travel and work rotational schedules as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all electrical field operations throughout project execution.
• Manage electrical crews, General Foremen, Foremen, and subcontractors.
• Direct workforce planning for teams ranging from 100-150 personnel.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project safety requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics.
• Drive project schedule performance and earned value progress tracking.
• Conduct daily planning and coordination meetings.
• Resolve field installation challenges and construction conflicts.
• Maintain quality standards, inspection readiness, and turnover documentation.
• Support commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities.
• Interface directly with owners, clients, vendors, and project leadership teams.
