Audubon Companies is seeking an experienced E&I Fabrication Technician to support our Houston fabrication facility. The role focuses on electrical and instrumentation work for power systems, including MV switchgear, MCC integration, and drives, with emphasis on leadership and hands-on fabrication excellence.

You will oversee day-to-day shop operations, develop efficient production processes, mentor team members, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with NEC, ISA, IEEE, and ASME standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the E&I fabrication shop.
• Develop and implement efficient production processes for power systems, including MV switchgear, MCC integration, and drives.
• Coordinate with project managers and departments to prioritize workload and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members on power-related fabrication tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols in all fabrication processes.
