Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA LLC seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician for its welding and fabrication operation in the Greater Houston area. This hands-on, on-site role demands independence, strong electrical skills, and ownership of equipment troubleshooting, repair, installations, and PM tasks.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of maintenance experience, welding/fabrication shop exposure, and proficiency with 480V three-phase systems, electrical installations, PLC/VFD troubleshooting, and crane and

Qualifications

10+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
Welding/fabrication shop experience strongly preferred.
480V three-phase electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Electrical installation, including conduit, wiring and terminations.
PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics; programming experience is a plus.
VFD/troubleshooting.
Overhead crane troubleshooting and repair, including electrical controls, pendants, wiring and components.
Air compressor maintenance, diagnostics and repair.
Welding-machine troubleshooting and repair.
Electrical/control board troubleshooting.
Preventive maintenance on fabrication equipment.
Basic pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently.
Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA and electrical safety practices.
Basic computer skills for work orders and PM documentation.
