Proof, a high-growth startup in the legal tech space, is seeking a Senior E-Filing Specialist to join our remote team. You will be the subject matter expert for complex filings, resolve escalations, and ensure accurate, timely results for our clients.

This role rewards problem solving, ownership, and a focus on quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teammates to improve filing processes and reduce recurring issues while meeting turnaround targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with legal e-filing, court filing, legal operations, or similar legal services environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable handling escalations and situations with unclear answers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and willingness to raise concerns when something seems incorrect or creates risk.

Responsibilities

• Complete new case initiations and filings through the entire filing lifecycle per client instructions.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or high-risk filing situations and resolve issues.
• Research and resolve rejected filings and understand why issues occur.
• Assist with high-priority or sensitive client matters requiring elevated attention.
• Review exceptions and trends to identify operational risk.
• Meet established turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and quality.
