Job summary

Proof is seeking a Senior E-Filing Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert on the filing team. You will manage complex filing work, resolve escalations, and ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality results for clients.

You’ll also investigate issues to prevent recurrence and uphold service quality. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and adherence to client instructions while maintaining stringent deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in legal e-filing, court filing, legal operations, or similar legal services environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable handling escalations and situations where the answer is not immediately clear.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and willingness to raise concerns when something appears incorrect or creates risk.

Responsibilities

• Complete new case initiations and filings through the entire filing lifecycle, including affidavits, motions, dismissals, and related documents following client instructions and procedures.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex or high-risk filing situations, researching and resolving rejected filings.
• Work through scenarios where standard procedures do not provide a clear answer, using research and judgment.
• Assist with high-priority or sensitive client matters requiring elevated attention.
• Review exceptions, errors, and filing trends to identify operational risks.
• Meet established turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and quality.
