Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete new case initiations and filings through the lifecycle per client instructions.
• Escalate and resolve complex or high-risk filing situations.
• Investigate and address rejected filings and filing issues.
• Handle high-priority or sensitive client matters with discretion.
• Review exceptions and trends to identify operational risks.
• Maintain turnaround times with accuracy and quality.
