Job summary

CGS Federal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Discovery IT System Administrator to join a fast-paced legal-team environment. The role focuses on ensuring the day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications, and on administering systems, monitoring performance, and maintaining security and backups.

You will work with vendors, support migrations, document architecture, and help configure and train end users.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting electronic discovery tools and applications.
• Ability to administer and monitor enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and tools.
• Administer and monitor all installed systems; install and maintain OS and software.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and work with vendors to implement fixes.
• Maintain security, backups, and redundancy strategies.
• Assist in technical architecture discussions and documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for EDRM tools.
• Support discovery application integration and migration activities.
• Develop knowledge articles and provide end-user training.
