Job summary

Trustpoint.One is seeking an E-Discovery Attorney to support large litigation and regulatory matters within the Firm’s eDiscovery, AI, and Information Governance Practice Group. This role reports to the Practice Group chairs and focuses on supervising discovery workflows and document review operations.

The position offers remote work with occasional office visits, a salary of $260,000 dependent on experience, and requires JD from an accredited US law school along with bar admission in

Qualifications

• At least five years of eDiscovery experience in AMLAW 100 or 200 firm environments.
• Current good standing in the DC, NY, MA, or CA Bar.
• Litigation experience, including discovery-related responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for project coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle deadline-intensive work.
• Strong knowledge of discovery document review workflows.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix Discover, or similar platforms.
• Significant experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal practice teams to implement case-specific eDiscovery processes.
• Facilitate communication between Staff Attorney department and associates/partners.
• Collaborate with litigation support and eDiscovery vendors on preservation, collection, and processing.
• Assist in preparing privilege logs and similar document review tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
