Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in ecommerce, partnership management, business development, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Experience involving contract reviews, negotiations, and cross-functional alignment.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent relationship management, influencing skills and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and strategic direction of Sprouts' third‑party ecommerce partnerships.
• Develop multi-year partnership plans and growth roadmaps aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead a high‑performing partnership organization and governance framework.
• Oversee contract administration, renewals, and negotiation prep with Legal and stakeholders.
• Lead executive reviews and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth and investments.
• Set and monitor KPIs across partners and manage annual joint business planning.
• Oversee partner-funded marketing investments and measure outcomes.
