Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a results-driven senior manager to build and scale our external collaborations for ecommerce partnerships. You will partner with the Sr.

Director of Ecommerce to craft strategy, manage client portfolios, and drive omnichannel growth initiatives. You will analyze data, prepare findings for executive discussions, lead contracts and forecasts with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in account management, business development, customer success, or project management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze trends to drive growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Grow partnership through launch execution and new growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with 3rd Party team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Recommend and guide corrective/preventive actions for complex issues.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and drive growth.
• Prepare data-based insights for senior partnership discussions.
• Manage contracts/agreements ensuring compliance.
• Build financial plans and forecasts with 3rd Party team.
• Lead project-based initiatives from conception through implementation.
