Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and run day-to-day Shopify operations for a US-based remote role. This high-ownership operator position manages the full order-to-delivery pipeline, customer operations, and coordinates a small remote/offshore team.

You will optimize processes, ensure on-time fulfillment, and collaborate with leadership to scale growth. This contractor role offers USD 1,800–2,200 per month, with EST work hours Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Shopify store operations end-to-end.

• Lead and manage a small remote/offshore team.
