Job summary

Legendary Holdings is seeking a customer-focused E-Commerce Merchant to own the online assortment and drive growth across marketplaces. You will decide what to sell, how it’s presented, and when to introduce new products, using customer and product insights to inform decisions.

You’ll collaborate with Product Designers, Marketing, Sales, Planning and Operations, while partnering with the eCommerce Sr. Director on consumer insights to shape better assortments and analyze performance to optimize

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce merchandising, retail buying or related field.
• Strong retail instinct and product sensibility for customer appeal.
• Curious about why customers buy and what they want next.
• Understand assortment planning and opportunities within a product line.
• Balance data with intuition in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce assortment with right mix of products, styles, colors, and sizes.
• Be responsible for health of online assortment: revenue targets, margins, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to grow using consumer insights and market trends.
• Review sales and product performance to spot winners and trends.
• Recommend product changes based on customer needs and performance.
• Collaborate with Designers, Marketing, Sales, Planning and Operations.
• Partner with the E‑Commerce Sr. Director on consumer insights to shape assortments.
• Forecast revenue goals and margins and strive to meet them.
