Job summary

Legendary Holdings is seeking a customer-focused E-commerce Merchant to own the online assortment across our brands. You will decide what to sell, how we present it, and when new items appear, balancing customer needs with business goals.

You’ll collaborate with Product Designers, Marketing, Sales, Planning and Operations, while partnering with the eCommerce Sr. Director on consumer insights to turn learnings into better product and merchandising decisions for the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce merchandising or related field.
• Strong retail instinct and product sensibility.
• Curious about why customers buy and what they want next.
• Ability to connect customer, product and business goals.
• Experience with high-volume e-commerce platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce assortment and ensure correct mix of products, styles, colors and sizes.
• Manage health of online assortment, aiming at revenue, margin and productivity.
• Identify opportunities by analyzing customer behavior and product performance.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs and trends.
• Collaborate with Designers, Marketing, Sales, Planning and Operations.
• Maintain Good/Better/Best assortment across price points.
