Job summary

Naked Wines is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Merchandising Manager to lead digital trading across our US and Australian sites, apps, and campaigns. This hybrid role can be based in Denver or Sonoma, with 2–3 days in the office.

You will own product presentation and site merchandising, drive the Shopify migration, and partner with marketing, planning, and logistics to optimize customer journeys, boost conversion, and grow lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing digital storefronts and site merchandising.
• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable trading decisions.
• Proven track record leading and mentoring teams cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product presentation, site merchandising, and store health to maximize CLV.
• Shape site execution across homepages, product pages, carts, and checkout journeys during Shopify migration.
• Partner with marketing and planning to build seasonal trading calendars and launch promos.
• Optimize customer journeys using traffic and behavior data to improve conversion and AOV.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with logistics to protect stock for core ranges and launches.
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce team across US and Australia; collaborate with UK team to standardize processes.
