Job summary

Naked Wines is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Merchandising Manager to lead digital trading across our US and Australian sites, apps, and campaigns. This hybrid role can be based in Denver or Sonoma with 2–3 days in the office.

You’ll drive site merchandising, optimize customer journeys, shape Shopify execution, and mentor the e‑commerce team to boost conversion, AOV, and retention while collaborating with marketing, planning and logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing digital storefronts, product presentation, or site trading.
• Strong analytical use of CVR, AOV, cart abandonment to drive decisions.
• Experience coaching and leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on Shopify experience and optimization across pages and checkout.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site merchandising, product presentation, and store health to maximize CLV.
• Shape site execution across homepages, product pages, carts, and checkout journeys.
• Drive seasonal trading calendars and high-converting promotions with marketing.
• Improve customer journeys using data to boost conversion and retention.
• Coordinate with logistics/warehousing to protect inventory for launches.
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce team across US and Australia.
